You retain ownership of any content you provide (such as child names and preferences). By using our service, you grant us license to use this information to provide and improve our services.

For paid subscriptions:

Billing occurs at the start of each billing period.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical issues or service problems.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

MathSpark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Educational content is intended to supplement, not replace, formal education.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MathSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MathSpark from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
